Why a tag, not a sticker
Built for everyday gym use
A solid piece, not a sticker lifting at the corners. We choose material and finish for a training floor and test cleaning with your own product on the sample.
Works with any smartphone, no app
iPhone XR and newer read the chip when the top edge touches it. Android phones with NFC read it directly. Nobody installs anything or opens a camera between sets.
Change the link whenever you like
The chips are rewritable. A new video, the seasonal timetable, a different offer — none of it means making a new tag.
Looks like your gym
Shape, colour, finish and logo are decided with you. The tag is designed for your floor; it isn't picked from a catalogue.

What it's used for
The same tag can carry a different link on every machine, at the bar and at the front desk.
Exercise video at the machine
Every machine opens its own video showing the correct movement. Members see it exactly where they need it, and your staff stop explaining the same machine ten times a day.
Class timetable and trial session
At the entrance or the front desk: the current timetable, booking a trial session, and your contact. For people who walk in to ask, and for people who only walk past.
At the bar: shakes and reviews
The shake and supplement menu, your Google reviews and the gym's Instagram — right when a member walks off the floor happy.
Report a broken machine
A tap on the machine opens your fault-report form. Every tag can carry its own link, so you know which machine it is. You supply the form; we don't build a ticketing system.
Materials and making
Everything is made in the workshop in El Médano. The chip sits inside the piece, not taped to its back.
Tough 3D printing in your brand colour
Material and finish are chosen for a training floor: sweat, knocks and daily cleaning. We check it on the sample with your cleaning product before the run is made.
Metal look, rusted if you like
Filament with iron powder: the tag looks like the same steel as the machine and, if you like, is genuinely rusted for an industrial look. Then it is sealed, so nothing rubs off.
On the machine's steel: an on-metal chip
Metal blocks a normal chip. On a machine frame we use chips with a ferrite backing that work on steel, or we place the tag on a part that isn't metal.
Wood finishes for yoga and pilates
For quiet rooms, pieces printed with wood-fibre filament that sit well with the floor and the mats.
Logo, machine number or exercise name raised or recessed, printed into the tag and hand-painted; colours always bespoke. Prices are net: under the Canarian REPEP scheme we charge neither IGIC nor EU VAT.

We make one real tag so you can try it on your machine and with your cleaning routine. Its cost comes off the order.

Nothing goes into production until you have signed off the sample and the final design.

Handover or shipping
On Tenerife we bring them to you in person, with the chips programmed and tested. Anywhere else, we ship them from El Médano with the chips already programmed.

The technology, honestly
A gym is full of steel. Worth knowing what that means before you order, not after.
Printed plastic lets the signal through
Wood finish included: the chip can sit invisibly inside the tag and the phone still reads it.
Machine steel blocks the signal
A normal chip stuck to a machine won't read. That's physics, not a fault. On-metal chips with a ferrite backing do work on steel — or the tag goes on a part that isn't: the seat, the backrest, the wall beside it. Iron-filled filament can weaken the signal too, so the sample decides how deep the chip sits.
Tested before the run
We test the material with the chip in the workshop, and you test the sample on your own machine before the run starts. We would rather say no than deliver something that fails on the floor.
Frequently asked questions
Do members need an app?
No. The NFC reader is built into the phone's operating system. They hold the phone close, the link appears, and nothing is installed.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XR and newer read the chip when the top edge of the screen touches it. iPhone 7 to X need the NFC reader switched on from the control centre first. Android phones with NFC — the large majority — read it directly.
Does it work directly on a steel machine?
Yes, with the right chip. A normal chip on steel won't read; we use chips with a ferrite backing that work on metal, or we place the tag on a part that isn't steel. Before the run, you test the sample on your own machine.
Do you make the videos too?
No. The chip opens whatever link you choose: your YouTube channel, your website, or the exercise page in your gym software. If you don't have videos yet, start with the machines people ask about most; each tag's link changes whenever you record the next one.
How is the tag mounted?
We settle that with the sample: mounting adhesive, a strap or a screw, depending on what the machine allows. Drilling into the frame can affect the manufacturer's warranty, so nothing gets drilled without your go-ahead.
What is the minimum quantity?
None. We make single pieces too: one tag for the front desk is as much a commission as forty for the whole floor. Quantity does not decide whether we make it, it decides the price per piece — the more there are, the lower it gets, because design and setup are shared across the run. And before any run there is always the single sample, so you can decide with the tag in your hand.
What does it cost?
Most projects land between €400 and €2,500. Where yours falls depends on quantity, material, and whether the tag goes on steel. There is no list price because there is no list piece: we cost your project and you get a fixed quote before anything is made.
How long does production take?
A full run usually takes four to six weeks from your first message to dispatch: design round, sample, production and hand-finishing. A single sample leaves the workshop within five to seven working days.
Do you ship outside Tenerife?
Yes, worldwide, with Correos from El Médano. Within the EU it usually takes 5–7 working days once shipped; outside the EU it depends on the country. On Tenerife we also hand it over in person, with the chips programmed and tested.
Will there be customs or import VAT?
The Canary Islands belong to the EU customs union but not to the EU VAT area, so a delivery to the EU mainland counts as an import. The carrier collects import VAT (19 % in Germany, 21 % in mainland Spain) plus a small handling fee from you on delivery — not here, and not from us. With a valid VAT-ID you reclaim that import VAT as input tax. Within the Canary Islands none of this applies. Outside the EU, the destination country's import rules apply; we point them out in the quote.
