Do you ship internationally?
Yes! All orders ship from Tenerife, Spain. EU delivery takes 5–7 business days. Worldwide shipping is available. Orders over 100€ ship free within the EU.
How much does shipping cost?
Germany: 4.90€ · EU: 8.90€ · Worldwide: 14.90€. Orders over 100€ ship free within the EU.
Can I return a piece?
Since every piece is a handmade original (Unikat), returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. Contact Ben within 14 days of delivery with photos. See the returns policy.
What about customs and VAT?
The Canary Islands are outside the EU VAT area. For EU orders, import VAT may be charged by your country's customs authority. See Terms & Conditions.
