Shipping & Delivery
Everything ships from the workshop in El Médano, Tenerife, with Correos. This page shows what that costs, how long it takes, and the one thing about the Canary Islands that catches people out.

Above that order value shipping is free to every destination listed below — no VAT-ID and no company needed. Below it, the cost depends on weight and destination and is shown separately before you pay. It is never added afterwards.
What it costs
Correos rates by parcel weight. As a rough guide: 40 NFC keychains weigh about 1 kg, 250 about 5 kg, 500 about 10 kg. Your exact postage is calculated at checkout from the real weight.

Heavier than 10 kg, or a destination not listed? Ask — a pallet of 1,000 pieces is quoted individually, and often cheaper per piece than these rates suggest.
How long it takes
- A single sample ships within 5–7 business days.
- A full drop takes about 4–6 weeks from briefing to your door: design round, a slicer preview you approve before anything is printed, then production and hand-finishing.
- Once a parcel is on its way, Correos usually needs 5–7 business days within the EU. Outside the EU it varies by country.
- Pick-up in El Médano is possible by arrangement — write to Ben and it will be ready.
Shipping from Tenerife: import VAT on delivery
The Canary Islands belong to the EU customs union but not to the EU VAT area, so a delivery to the EU mainland counts as an import. The carrier collects import VAT (19 % in Germany, 21 % in mainland Spain) plus a small handling fee from you on delivery — not here, and not from us. With a valid VAT-ID you reclaim that import VAT as input tax. Within the Canary Islands none of this applies.
If something goes wrong
A parcel that arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, is put right — write to Ben with a photo and he will sort it. That is separate from the right of withdrawal, which applies to sample pieces and is explained in full here:
