The Model
Pre-Save Drop — 0 € upfront.
No upfront cost. Full creative control. We only produce what is already sold.
How a Pre-Save Drop runs
Design
We craft a finished sample piece together — your brand, my craft. This becomes the campaign hero.
Pre-Order Launch
We drop it together. Your audience pre-orders, both sides get planning security before a single piece is produced.
Production & Delivery
We produce exactly what sold. Want extra stock for shows? Add it at cost, paid upfront.
Why this works for artists with no budget
Cashflow-friendly
You never invest before the audience has bought. Pre-order revenue funds production — your cash stays in your account until the drop closes.
Risk-free for you
We carry the production-capacity risk (slots reserved, materials staged). You carry the promotion risk (will your audience show up?). Neither side fronts the other.
100 % creative control
You pick the design direction, the pricing, the drop window. I propose, you decide. No corporate "brand guidelines" forced on a one-off run.
Pre-Save FAQ
Who carries the production risk?
I do. Once we lock the design and open pre-orders, I reserve the production slots and material on my side. Your only risk is whether your audience pre-orders enough to hit our agreed minimum (typically 25 pieces).
What happens if pre-orders fall short of the minimum?
We refund every pre-order and post-mortem the campaign. No one pays a cancellation fee. The design stays yours either way — you can re-launch it later with more lead time, or move on.
How does the sample work before launch?
Before we go live, I produce one finished sample of the piece — full hand-finishing, NFC programmed, ready to photograph. You see exactly what your audience will receive. Sample cost is rolled into the campaign budget; if the drop happens it is free, if you cancel the design before launch the sample is invoiced at €25.
Which platforms work for the pre-order window?
Bandcamp, Shopify pre-order, a direct Stripe payment link, or a custom landing page — whatever fits your audience. I support all of them, no opinion on which is "best", just on what your fans already use.
How is the pricing for my audience set?
You set it. I tell you the production cost and a margin range that most artists land on (typically 70–90 % over cost). What you charge above that is yours — same model as the package "recommended sale price" on /packages.
What if I want extra stock for shows or my own shop?
Extra stock is added on top of the pre-order run at production cost, paid upfront. Those extras ship to you (not your fans) so you have inventory for tours, conventions, or whatever physical retail you run.
Typical pre-order window length?
Two to four weeks. Longer drops a steeper conversion curve early then plateau; shorter drops feel rushed and miss the long-tail share/repost reach. We can pick a window that matches your announcement cadence — I have no fixed rule.

"I built this model because I never had the money to front 500 shirts as a musician myself. If you are where I was — this is your door."
